TEAM CADEAU x MOKAN BASKETBALL

Team Cadeau & MOKAN Basketball are presenting the biggest collaboration of American and European youth basketball.
Our goal is to emphasizes player and coach development, providing exposure in front of high school & college coaches, and educating players & parents on recruiting.
We are now looking for elite players who want to join our program & play in the US this Spring/Summer of 2025

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN AND WHERE WILL TEAMS PLAY?

Two Options Will Be Available

Option 1 - Players in tvåan and trean i Gymnasiet
ONE team will play on the NIKE EYCL Circuit (this is a 3 weekend + 11 days commitment)

Option 2 - Players in all grades
One team in EACH AGE GROUP will play 2 tournaments during Live Period in July (this is a 12 day commitment in July)

*ALL TOURNAMENTS AND GAMES ARE PLAYED IN THE U.S.*

WHEN ARE TOURNAMENTS PLAYED?

The dates depend on the team and age level that your son is competing with. These exact dates will apart of your team invite when you are
selected for a team.

IS THERE A TRYOUT FEE?

There is no fee for attending the tryouts.

WHAT IS THE COST?

The cost will be different for the EYCL and the Elite Teams. We will have a parent meeting at the try-outs where we will explain the cost, commitment, and more.

WHAT IS A LIVE PERIOD?

These are the live recruiting periods when the college coaches can be in attendance at the tournaments/gyms to watch the games live. This is when players
have the best chance to get recruited.

DOES EVERYONE MAKE THE TEAM?

Not everyone that attends tryouts will make a team. Roster invitations are sent out via email 7-10 days AFTER the conclusion of tryouts.

WHO ARE THE COACHES?

Head coaches are trained and experienced through the MOKAN organization. We will also have hand-picked Swedish coaches a part of the staff.
The Swedish coaches will go through training with our MOKAN coaches leading up to the season.

WILL THERE BE PRACTICES IN SWEDEN?

Yes -- we will have a few practices in Sweden throughout the year. The teams will also meet online once per month, and each player will be provided
with the correct material that they need to work on.

CAN I PLAY FOR MY LOCAL TEAM AND PLAY FOR MOKANxCADEAU ACADEMY?

YES! The times and tournaments will not conflict with each other.
