FALL LEAGUE DETAILS
The inaugural MOKAN Girls Fall League is designed to prepare you for the upcoming high-school season by competing against and among elite talent in a true game-format envirnoment. This six-week league runs Saturdays, September 13th through October 18th (with a bye weekend on October 4th, from 3:00-6:00PM at the MOKAN Training Facility. Registration is $150/player and covers all league games.

- Participants sign up individually and are placed on teams prior to the season.
- Teams are created by staff accoring to position, size, and competition level to ensure balance and competitiveness.
For those looking for additional development, skills sessions will be offered every Wednesday, September 10th through October 15th, from 7:00-8:30PM. $25 per session, or $125 for the full series.

- Skills sessions will be held at MidAmerica Nazarene.
- Workouts will focus on a mix of fundamental skills, competitive drills, decision making, and basketball IQ.
- Speed and agility will also be incorporated.
- Sessions will be conducted by high school and college level coaches.
- Participation in Fall League does not automatically grant access to skills sessions. The skills sessions are a separate opportunity with an additional fee.
- Athletes do not have to be enrolled in Fall League to sign up for skills sessions.
